Hollow Wheels are gimmicky garbage

"Hollow Wheels are gimmicky garbage" said one Reddit User, a top 1% contributor, about the Hollow Wheels V2 Comfort, as he wiped out in a video posted on Reddit (link here). He was actually super pissed.

Ouch.

He had some valid points on the V2. He and some other people completely shat on the V2 comforts and so I listened. Having spent 5 years on the Hollow Wheels, this project is very important to me and it is community driven. I had taken a lot of feedback from the V2 and used them to completely overhaul and redesign the V3 Performance, I wanted to get this person's opinion because I know the new Hollow Wheel V3 Performance is a step function change of improvement.

I asked him, if I sent him another set of wheels, would he be willing to share his opinion on Reddit? 

Here is what he has to say about the V3 Performance after about 100 miles of riding over the past couple of months.

"The traction is great, they feel planted. They do a great job at dampening the road vibrations, impressive for a 105mm wheel. Overall pretty happy with the wheels."
